How the hell did he manage to put 25k into a VW engine, did it have gold con rods?

Well when your taking an air cooled motor that stock made what 40 horse, it costs alot of $$ to bump that up to make good power.

Yeh I guess so.

I still can't believe anyone could get as far as but buying VW engine without looking at it and just going "Oh f**k it lets just buy a Subaru engine instead".

Yea I was saving up to buy some bad ass toyota axles but you know times are hard.

Plus there is only one IFS car out there right know that isn't breaking CV's. And they cost almost 20K for the shafts and CV's.

Can't complain, we did things with that car that it was never designed to do, it took some HARD hits, hell we thought we'd never break 5mph with it, next thing you know we're jumping 40' gaps!

It's had 5 different paint schemes, 4 different drivers, 3 different sets of wheels and tires, 2 motors, and 1 championship.

It would have been nice to keep it together, but to make better things happen we all know it had to come apart. Plus once that new car is done, you'd never wanna touch it again anyway!

Carnage Crew for life!

I think they wanted $22500 for it. I would have to get 12500-15000 for mine just to cover the cost of parts sitting there with out motor and trans.

Wow, great job on the build, looks like its gonna be a killer rig.

And let me also say, you did a really good job on the garage. It looks so realistic.

Very nice rigs!!! You guys did a good job on both, and a late congrats on your championship. That has to be hard to let go of.

Have you guys ever competed on TV or anything like that? Would love to see some videos or something
