Hmm, I will have to look into that.

We are going to shoot some photos of the lift kit install, as well as write an article covering the install highlights, and what to watch for. We will post up here when we are done.

The welding of the rear TB bracket is part of the instructions, and yet we still don't or forget to do it!! I'm guilty as well, and mine bent. Had to cut off all the old OEM bracketry and weld on the RK bracket with some custom gussets. The taller TB bracket acts as a lever and will eventually bend the stock bracket it bolts to if you don't weld it to the axle tube.

Nice jk build Bender!

Thanks!

Yup, I sheared the rear track bar bracket off the axle of my old TJ because of the added leverage. We will definitely be welding this one into place.

Finally took another step towards getting the lift and tires installed, black Raceline Monster 893 wheels! I can't wait to get them installed with the Pit Bull Rocker Radials! Just need to sort out a tuner/programmer now!

Should look great, brother! Remind me.....what lift are you going with again?

I'm about to pull the trigger on some parts for my 2011 JKUR. TMD Cowl Induction Hood, TrekTop NX (replacing the current one I have now), Poison Spyder Crusher Corners and Crusher steel flares. Thanks hail storm! Only part I have any concerns about is the hood. First because it's a poly hood, vs. the steel AEV one I'm running now, and 2nd because the last paint work that was done on my JK...the entire passenger side and hood....was basically crap. The hood and cowling below the windshield have peeling clear coat and there's one spot that the color is actually cracked. Not to mention the idiots cleared over a sticker on my DF fender when they were blending to match. Guess what happened when I took the sticker off.......

Sorry.....pulled this thread off track a little......now returning you to your regularly scheduled program.....

RK makes great stuff! Running the 2.5 Stock Mod myself with Bilsteins. No complaints. So far haven't really needed adjustable arms either.

It is taking more time than desired, but it will be worth it in the end.

Yeah, I'm putting together a parts list so that my gf knows how much Im going to spend on my TJ over the next year or two.

She just rolled her eyes, called me a nerd, and said "No more RC trucks then"

Yep, went full truss kit over sleeves and with the RCV's I'm bound to bust something other then the front axle..

I went BullyDog, but the deciding factor for me was the E-locker, E-Sway Bar deactivation in 2WD. I will say though my 3.6L Auto / 4.10 turning 35" on the freeway at 80 mph will net me 17-18 MPG with the basic tune and the driving barn will still get out of her own way.

Build is looking great Brad!! Don't forget to give some Synergy love to that rear axle, they make a great shock relocation kit which really cleans up the hanging parts.

It's probably a moot point now, but did you ever get you bad MPG issue figured out?

Thanks, I will look into the rear mounts.

Never really got it sorted, talking to the dealership was a waste of time. Gas mileage has been all over the map with it since we bought it. But, lately it seems a little more consistent.
