ugly truck contest?

I'm thinking of a way to have some fun with the hideous trucks that some of us own, I'm suggesting that we have an ugly truck contest. No real prize to speak of, just bask in the glow of claiming the title of being the owner of the ugliest truck on RCC. Simple rules- it must be legitimately tagged for street use.

If anyone is interested in doing this, I'll post a pic of my '90 F250 to start off.

I'll play! Going through all my old photos of cars that I owned I realized something: I've owned alot of junk!

The worst one easy was my ZJ. It was a 1995 with a 4.0 It was missing a fender, had the rear window busted out (so it collected rain and had a horrible stank inside), and the guy I got it from gave it a late-night beer inspired primer paint-job. The rear bumper resembled a terd, and it had no exhaust...








My favorite memory was that the wiring to the cd player was long gone. Me being in Highschool at the time and being dumb decided that having a working CD player was pretty important so I decided to velcro a walkman style cd player and portable speakers to the dash... it was ghetto, but it worked!

I sold this a few years ago (like 5?) to a guy that only wanted it for a toy (he cut the top off, threw on some 33s, cut the fenders, and used it to drag stuff around his farm) Glad I let this one go!

Thanks for the pics, I'll add my truck into the mix.
- 1990 F250 w/ a '91 F350 drivetrain. I like to refer to the color of the truck as being blue, you just have to decide for yourself which shade of blue it is!

Here it is in it's natural state- the hood open so I can figure out what is wrong with it this time.....




I can say that when it runs, it runs fairly well- at least as good as a 23 year old ferd truck can run. The engine has developed a new death rattle when the motor is cold, it sounds like the lifters have collapsed or are sticking.

My 85 toyota pick-up, I think its ugly but it won't die and rides like a brick, but it's my first and favorite vehicle.

sure, why not. As long as it was tagged and driven on the street. I'm kinda surprised at the low participation, there has to be plenty of us w/ old beaters.

My first off road rig. Bronco had a 351 windsor, dana 60's. Sold it for $500 after putting $3K to get it up and running.
Couldn't lock it, no carpet, gas gauge didn't work. Beat the crap out of it for a year then sold it.

that isnt ugly. all it needs is a paint job and it will look great

The issue is, a quality paint job would cost more than the truck is worth, so it stays in a Sanford & Son color scheme. I didn't think that even Macco could make it look worse until I started seeing some of the paint jobs the local franchise has put out, I decided to keep it multi-colored.

Here's my 93 ford, drive it every day, is got just over 300,000 mile on a 460 gas engine. Parts of the body are falling off and the doors are hard to close. I'm at work by the time the heater really works. No a/c. My sons and I have had a lot of fun working out of this truck, But this next year I might have to turn old red out and get a new one.
