I dig the 4 linked CJ...Not going to go that extreme on this build I think I want to keep it streetable still. Cops in Moab are a little less lenient about rigs like that driving through town now and I like to be able to drive to trails if possible.

Here's some motivation...

I have a complete Rubicon Express 5.5" spring over kit purchased back in 2001 by a guy I know. He ended up selling the truck and I ended up with the kit. I'll sell it for cheap, shipping on your dime. PM me if interested.

Since when is "now"? That cj and tj have drove around the moab streets alot, up till it got cold and slick this winter. They also drive alright on the road, once you get used to the full hydro.

I guess I'll age myself a bit and say from the mid 90's to early 2000's they never bat an eye at us driving anything on the streets but over the last couple years I've had friends be ticketed for driving OHV tagged rigs on the streets so I'd like to keep mine plated.

Ah, ok...

I asked a cop in the city market parking lot here recently (2013 or 2012, can't remember)...he said that he doesn't care too much, as long as your not being a jackass. But the state pd (or similar) aren't as tolerant. (Although, all of our jeeps have colorado plates...i don't know what they'd say about something with just an ohv tag)

Actually its my fiancee's (I was dumping money into my Samurai, so I said I would buy her a JEEP and thats what she picked). My Explorer (on 35's) is whats behind it. She loves her little JEEP (those are 38's on it). I dont care for it myself, but if she's happy the house is happy....
