I always seemed to run the 36x12.50 Tsl with 8x15's or 10x15's

Where did you get that bed I never see them with out gaint rust holes in them you can get some money when you flatbed it. Nice looking rig looks like it works good. My freind had the same truck we were going to do a sas but he sold it a few months ago, the axel is still sitting in my backyard

2 1/4 inch exhaust is what you want, no smaller, no bigger, its the piping that gives you power, not the flowjunk muffler... 2 1/4 inch through extensive testing and dynoing me and fellow friends have done increased horsepower in the 2k-4k rpm range which is where your cam and header should be tuned for. do that, and your truck will scream compared to stock :-P

Marlin is the man with the parts. I'd lose 3 or 4" of lift though...rolls over too easily at that height...also your shackles should be less vertical, it would ride better, flex better and not over center your shackles under hard wheeling.

5.29 gears are lowest I'd go (and what I run) due to strength. Interco TSL/SXs or any other their other bias ply tires are waaay tougher than any BFG junk especially around lave or any other sharp rocks and tree roots...never killed one yet...can't say as much for BFG or any other radial tire.
