| My Wrangler JK8 w/ Cummins
Here are a few pics of my 2008 Rubicon JK8. It started as a 4-door Unlimited, then had the JK8 Freedom package installed by a certified Jeep dealer body shop. Next we pulled into our 4x4 shop and did a 6" suspension system, added 40" Procomp Xtreme MT2's on 17x9 ATX wheels. Last winter we put it back in our shop for a few weeks and did a 4BT Cummins conversion! We used a fully re-man'd Cummins that had just been completely gone through by Reviva. We backed it with a Hummer trans and the factory Roc-loc transfer-case. We used a full Billet engine adapter with a Billet Flexplate so we wouldn't have to use one of those weak wave rings! A compu-shift II controls all the shifts and other vitals, straight 4" pipe from front to rear where it turns into 5". Theres more done, but these are the main items! Heres a few pics! It has about the same speed as the original gas engine, just way more torque!
