But, why add height to 2wd vehicles? I understand 4x4's.

Maybe I don't understand why you want unique and wrong.

What have you lifted?

I have lifted my 2003 chevy Silverado about 3 inch 2 inch suspension and 1 inch in tires just a smaller lift. On my 1995 jeep wrangler project I mite be putting a 6 inch lift with 35s. My 1971 ford ranchero has a 1 inch rear lift but that is just for appearance. Have you lifted anything?

Nothing I currently own or have pictures of. All from way back in the day when I was younger. Though the 2015 JK will be getting 2.5" Metal Cloak shortly. I know people hate on JK's often, but it fits 35s stock for just small trail rides.

For the last 10 years I focused on lowering for performance handling. Gonna be weird going back up.

Yea It is a little weird when you are used to lowering then you lift something haha. Will you have any pictures of the wrangler when the lift is in?

I'm going to eventually be lifting my WRX. Forester suspension makes it easy... 4-5" lift easily from just swapping springs/struts and top hats.

Beyond that... Just trucks around here. Some ridiculous, some... not so much.

Its actually only about 2" of lift. Unless you put on King springs.

Your axles will start popping out as well.

Just the stock 1.3l with a myside 2 harley carb set up. I'm in the process of building a procharged 400 for my chevelle and after I'm done with that I plan on a 1.6 efi swap !

It doesn't just get muddy ! I hate mud but it's hard to avoid sometimes haha

/\prior to wheel spacers haha
Unfortunatley I don't have any good wheeling pictures on this phone

How are the wj for crawling I thought about finding one but not sure yet my dad was going to let me take 2002 f150 and make that into a light off road truck. Really don't want to scratch the 1995 jeep wrangler when the restoration is done.

Personally I love it. The wheelbase in my opinion is perfect. Plus it's super comfortable, ice cold AC so while the wranglers are sweating their balls off you're cool as a cucumber It's a great rig that doesn't take much to make capable. Personally I wouldn't use a newer truck (by that I mean 2000+) as a off-road rig because they don't come from the factory with anything you really want for a good trail rig lol
