Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Driving it through water won't help. A pressure washer and an afternoon with nothing else to do will help though. |
Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Ok thanks that is what I do on the 4 wheeler when I mud run it and the mud is caked on. |
Re: lifted truck or car chit chat What was the biggest lift somebody has put in a vehicle? |
Re: lifted truck or car chit chat There's a truck around here with a 4' 3" lift. 4' in the suspension, 3" body lift. If you go faster than 3 mph around a turn, it's really sketchy and feels like it's rolling over. It's also RWD. |
Re: lifted truck or car chit chat I used to lift cars n trucks everyday 5.5 feet. Then lower em back down with fresh oil and a filter lol. |
Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Sarra do you have any pics of that truck it sounds really big. CrawlinMike wrenching on cars lol that is what I do every day. |

Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Talking about large trucks, I saw a JK today that had 6 inch suspension, 2.5 inch spacers, 3 inch body, and 40s. Still had the D30 and D44 too smh |
Re: lifted truck or car chit chat That's what the plan is on the wrangler is to do a big lift 4.5 suspension 1.25 body lift and maybe 35s about 8 1/2 inches. |

Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Yea that is what is was reading that is why I decided to go with a 1.25 inch instead of a 2 inch. The main reason why I am doing a body is to get 1 extra inch and to replace all the body bolts and fix all the body mounts. I am doing a body off restoration. |

Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Saw a Nomad 4X4 with a mild lift today. I actually like it. Probably be a lot of fun in the woods. http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/102...912/xLmYHZ.jpg http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/102...905/eyfp1S.jpg |

Re: lifted truck or car chit chat Wound up my front torsion bars to match the rear. And fitted 26" maxxis trepador tires. It's only 2wd but there are plans for locking the rear axle. Also attempting for a 3800v6 conversion towards the end of the year. https://photos-3.dropbox.com/t/2/AAC...6rIRga6BF6o27E |
