I haven't lifted anything but the wheels, tires and whatnot up into the wheel wells in years. Even my wheeler was left at stock height, I just used the sawzall and welder then added wheelbase and larger tires. Perfect recipe for performance. ![]() |

pardon the tilt shift... some pics were taken right as i discovered that filter... yota has a toytec 3"lift. really nice tubework but it wasnt prepped before paint and the chicago winters have made them fugly... its unfortunately welded on the framerails in about 20 different places. i got 33" kevlars on it now. the zuk is i dunno... 6 inches? yota axles on yj springs with the fender flares moved up about an inch. 4wheel disks with a wrx master cylinder, 1.6 tracker motor, tcase gears, aussies front and rear. 34" tsl special service tires. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Nice zuki, My Dad wheeled one for awhile. Bone stock just locked front and back. When it wasnt on its lid it would keep up with my build Yota. Fun little rigs but a little tippy. |

1 inch in the rear was the only lift I also gained some lift from the tires. The original tires where 14 in rim and the new tires are 15 inch. I think the new tires and 29 or 30.

I had to do the lift because I want to do a little crawling and some bigger tires. The main reason for lift was complete suspension replacement the stock suspension is not in good shape and it would cost more if I replaced the stock suspension.

Big 1:1 weekend for me. I ordered wheels and tires for my 88' 4Runner. Went with 15x8 Fuel Anza wheels and 32x10.5x15 Goodyear Wrangler MTR's Also test drove a very clean 85' Supra with 46,xxx miles. The original owner is an old mechanic who owns a garage. He was a really cool guy... he put it up on a lift for me, said he hasn't done that for anyone else. He also said that he was going to sell it to whoever he liked the most! Ha! I tried to give him a deposit but he said for me to think it over until the new title arrives in 2 weeks (he lost the og title) and that he'd give me a call and then I can make him an offer. Assuming he liked me enough to sell it to me and he calls... I'm buying it. I drove the 4Runner there so he could see how clean it is to hopefully help my case... and we were on our way camping. The old Toyota supra's are so hard to find. That one looks like it is in good shape. I like the rim choice for your 4 runner.

Installed MCE Flexible fenders, mainly for the clearance. Turns out they make 35's fit really well on the JK with stock rubicon suspension. Might need 37's when the lift arrives.... Still need to fit the front splash liners and clean/paint the rear wells though. ![]() ![]() |
