Got the mounts for the rear harness and rear rock lights. Once they hit the tranny lines they will simply follow them all the way down the chassis,

I finally decided to do the door bars. I still have more tube to do but that will have to wait until the outer floor panels come off.

Looking back I wish I would have waited a tad longer...

So one concept I am going for is to have as much of the rig wired in a modular form for easier disassembly and service.

I started with the dash and was curios how the illumination looked....

I had to notch the center console so the wiring loom will pass thru easily. The dash plugs in to the main harness and center console.

This was harder than i looked to figure out--the brake light switch. I believe its important to have the guy behind you know what you are going to do. I have had guy plow into me and anything I can do to slow that down in beneficial to me.

So one thing I had a hard time trying to figure out and that was where the heck do I put my ipod where I can see it and I really wanted some way to secure it in the rig--since there are thief's in the damn world.

This idea kinda popped outa my head and does everything I was wanting.. Since I have a volume knob in my switch pod I won't need to mess with it a whole lot.

I figured it was a good idea to label these. My toy had 5 of those and I was always forgetting what was what

Start of the cab wiring. It will be fully wired and the harness removable..

And it goes thru the switch pod and forward thru the center console. Along the way each module component plugs into the harness..

I made a cover for between the switch pod and center console to hide the wiring loom.

So with how the electrical center is I needed to get the wiring into it and it will go thru the inner panel and the electrical center. I had to cut holes in both items with the grommets in the electrical center along with the passthru power stud.

Cab wiring up and thru the firewall. I ended up notching the top of the firewall so the panel can be removed without needing to remove the wiring harness..

Took a lil time to figure out where I could fit the winch control for the front--finally found a nice spot and made a mount.

Got the controller wired to the winch and main power cable to the main junction. I also got all the tabs done for the harness to the driver side (headlights).

I got the motor ground cable done and something I was contemplating was a support for the lower radiator hose assembly. Figured since its not real light to help keep it from drooping...

Next is some steering stuff.. I have used this cooler a few times on other rigs and always seemed to do the trick so I ordered one. I had to start by making some mounts for it...

I originally had planned on putting the cooler behind and at the bottom of the radiator but found a much better location that was still well below the reservoir. Got it mounted and most the hoses routed.
