Well, someday when I get the engine back in, it will ride in the back of my Mini Moke. But for now just in a friends car heh.

I've seen yours, ubernewb, in another thread. That's just awesome right there, makes me want to get 1:10 version for my TRX-4 to haul on a trailer.

The weekend Jeep/RC hauler/camping transport/occasional off roader

If only I could find one of those unicorn-status WJ hard bodies, there would totally be a mini version driving around.

Mines get to the trail via Hemi power. Going to get a proline Ram body to match the 1:1 sometime

I'd jump on a 3rd gen Tacoma body for my TRX-4 any day!

This is the weekend ride. Sometimes take it to crawling spots depending what the parking lots are like...

I've always wanted a Mini Cooper! They look like go karts for the street and I imagine they handle like it too.

They're addicting. This is my second. If you ever want some cheap (but not reliable at all... lol) fun pickup an '05 or '06 Cooper S. One of the most pure driver's cars ever built. Maybe the most pure FWD car ever built. With a reduction pulley for the supercharger to up the boost and a rear sway bar swap they turn into touge monsters.

I've heard and read about the reliability issues. That's one reason I never bought one. Sad.

I'd never own one as a daily driver again. That sucked. But having one that only breaks on the weekend and I can put up on jack stands and take my sweet ass time fixing is just fine with me. I daily drive a Forester and also have a Silverado 2500 I drive for work sometimes. I try to avoid the truck. 8mpg and $80 fill ups aren't fun.
