Re: Lets be cops I had an 04 interceptor for years and friggin loved it. Best car I've owned. Good power, tons of room, still simple without all the electronic/automated garbage. Decent fuel economy. People got the F out of my way on the highway and it was great in the snow too. You sure that's a 32 valve? They only put the single cams in those cars which would be 16valve. The mercury marauders were the only ones to get the twin cam 32 valve motors. Ben |
Re: Lets be cops I picked up an ex-Sheriffs 2010 Charger. It’s got the 5.7 Hemi and I can get in a lot of trouble in this car. It’s got gobs of torque and handles great. Gets about 24 mpg on the highway with the cylinder cutout - only about 17 city with my lead foot. https://s26.postimg.org/pjf5sh5yh/C6...194_DB76_B.jpg https://s26.postimg.org/yr7e96kqh/84...A2_AF00_E0.jpg |

Re: Lets be cops 1 Attachment(s) All the R.C.M.P in my area are driving the ford trucks, and the Chevy trucks, they hardly bring a Crown Vic to my community. I suppose they are tired of towing them out of the ditch, fields, and forest. My grandfather (mosom) got one of these at an auction. It even came with the white doors, I still remember pulling into pow-wows, and seeing everyone give the car a second look to be sure it wasn’t the cops. |

My mom used to have to an 1990 Crown Victoria Interceptor, for such a big car that thing handled pretty good, and definitely wasn't lacking power. |
