Had to cut the knock out on the drivers side steering to be able to grease the new lower ball joint and had to weld some bracing, I made out of some plate, cause the cross member for the torsion bar keys was cracked on both ends, and I also had to tack 1/4 20 bolts too the rear end to attach the missing rear hard line and replaced the stock radio with the cubby and installed the Pioneer deck

Wow what a difference a simple tune up makes, by replacing the sparks plugs and plug wires, new cap and rotor and throttle position sensor, it starts easier and the rough idle and the slight miss is gone and runs good

I also made a spare tire bed mount, that I tried to get centered in the middle of the bed over the rear axle, but the there is a channel underneath the bed, so I moved it forward, I might have too move it, cause my neighbor has a extra truck box that I'm thinking about getting from him too be able to carry some tools, so I will have too move the tire mount back

I been doing a little fabricating and I made a light bar mount for my license plate/front bumper out of Red Iron Z Metal and I made my roof light bar mounts out of 1/8th plate and cut slots in the plate made my bends and then welded the slots and I was able to borrow the Nut-Sert install tool and using 1/4 20 button head screws, it looks pretty dam good for my first attempt at making roof mounts and a bumper mount, going to wait until the weather warms up enough to prime everything and dry and paint and let cure and maybe spray some flat clear too help seal the paint

The next step for my led lighting is too run power too my fuse block and run my wiring harnesses and thinking about making a 3 switch panel, roof light bar, bumper light bar and the 3rd switch is for back up lights, I seen some 4'' square ones that mount inside the bumper, cause right now you can't really see shit with just the reverse lights

I'm really liking these battery terminals, I had to buy 2 new 4 gauge battery cables, I got the negative side done, doing the positive side next and then start wiring the fuse block

I think my Led light switches with look good backed lighted with a blue tint, I'm going to use a thicker piece of aluminum plate and use my Dremel and get them close and use a hand file, so the rocker switches fit tight, in the picture I'm using and piece of aluminum flashing and used a utility knife too cut out the openings and the switches are loose, now I'm trying to figure out where to mount my reverse lights, the bumper light switch and rear light harness are being shipped

I made my switch panel and like how it came out and have enough aluminum plate to make another panel and add more switches if I add more lights

Sweet! Trucks used to be so simple and cool. Sure, they now have tons and tons of power, but they are moving salons with every accessory a girl could ever want.

I picked up a used truck box and going to fabricate my own Hi Lift Jack mounts, out of 2 pieces of angle iron to make a C Channel, then bolt the channel too the box and then use a bolt thru the channel and thru the jack and get the locks from the guy who sold me the box has, my mounts will be a lot stronger then the thin ass stamped steels ones they sell and a lot cleaner
