One different tire Hey crew question?? Quick story,so was on the freeway until one of my tires blew. It popped because pressure was low and it was rubbing on the inner sidewall wore away and That's how my tire popped. So my question is,they are 18s my spare tire is the original tire that i have before i changed them to 18s, is it a big deal or is it ok until i get a new tire? |
Re: One different tire What size are your tires, what size is your spare, and what kind of vehicle are you driving? You don’t want too much of a variation in tire size on your drive wheels. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Edit... 07 Camry |
Re: One different tire if your camry is fwd put the oddball tire on the back it might screw with your antilock breaking a but but wont mechanicly hurt anything |

If the tires are the same overall height than you can run the spare indefinitely. If you had much of a difference in height then you would want the spare on the rear, assuming it’s FWD like ferp said. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: One different tire Yes fwd drive. The tire is on the rear anyways that's the one that blew |

Re: One different tire The stock original tire is 215 60 16, but this tire is the same diameter as the 18 inch with the tire. Sent from my LGMP450 using Tapatalk |
Re: One different tire Does the whole tire look like that? If so, you may want to check the inner sidewalls of all 3 as well as the air pressures too. |
