Wait till you actually go, you'll be hooked, I guarantee. We had a guy join the club with a TJ on 32's and a 2" Rancho lift. After his first snow run he installed a 5.5" lift, 36" Iroks, front and rear Detroits, and a supercharger on the I6. He paid overnight shipping on the lift components and supercharger so that it would be ready for the next run. That's how addicting it is. | |

Nice to see the Bronc out finally Grizz. She is sounding sweet. My favorite line was "watch out... Watchout. TREE!!!" My wife says that to me all the time when we snowbashed in the ol' TJ. I'm going to miss it.

| Sweet! Nice ride there Griz. Glad I saw this thread, Reminds me of snow bashing through west magnolia and jamestown, it's a wonder I'm still alive after all the times my two buddies and me would go out at 2:00am at night in my Blazer with open diffs. No back-up, no winch, no chains = Keep the hammer down til you get to the top, or get to that big tree that won't get out of the way. I have to admit it wasn't quite that deep in the last couple years we ran. Open diffs in the terrain you were in would = get out, make an egloo and wait for help. |

Here's a pic from the last time I snow bashed with the Jeep. I drove up to Sparky's during one of last year's snow storms. |

I was pretty happy when she told me she wanted to help. I had considered buying an aftermarket seat but since this would be a great project for her I decided to keep the stock one. I taught her to use the jigsaw so she could make new supports from plywood, then we used the new covers from the kit and rebuilt it. She's a good kid. Quote:
