Man that looks good! I like the silver. This is giving me inspiration to build a scale version of my 1:1. Nice choice in wheels, I was thinking of using the same ones on my dirt grabbers. The tube work came out nice.

Thanks man, I almost painted it light gun metal but chickened out last minute. The wheels remind me of stock yota wheels, which what what I was going for (a slightly modified stock FJ)

Oh you made the right choice. It looks exactly like the 1:1 color offered. I agree the wheels look exactly like the ones I have on mine with 16" wheels and the off road package. Here are the ones I think I'm going to use on my scale version. I think these look real close too. They're the best 1.9" choice plus they're internal beadlocks.

Sweet looking FJ! If it wasn't sitting on a workbench I'd think it was real.

Thanks guys for all the nice comments, if I wasn't so busy trying to get my rigs ready for scale nats I'd have some outside pics already.

In the mean time I picked up a sweet CC-01 Aluminum Servo Mount from tpliquid. Just got it installed tonight, great fit in the CC-01 chassis

Finally got some outdoor shots for you all, nothing special though

So glad RC4WD finally put single wheels and tires on their website, nice to have a matching spare, also threw some shackles on the rear bumper

Haven't had much run time on the tires but they seem OK, lugs are a bit close together though. Foams are stiff but I think this tire needs a stiff foam to work.

Next week will be fun I just hope they take my cast off soon, also still not sure which trucks to bring.

This wheelbase looks real good with the body. Is this a New Bright body and are you using the stock cc-01 WB??

Thanks, I forget who makes the body...there are a few different ones out there but I think this one is proportioned best. The WB is not stock, I tailored it to the body.
