Great looking rig, glad it finally made it.

Guessing this has something to do with the damage?

No, that is just the steering link that would hook up to the servo arm. But It didnt come with electronics so that is just hanging there.

Damage includes, Rear bumper cracked, Some scratches on one fender flare and rear door and one rock slider is slightly bent. You cant notice it with the body off but when the body is on the slider doesnt line up perfectly.

Also since it was wrapped in bubble wrap for 45 days, on the roof there are small circles EVERYWHERE in the paint. Automotive paint so maybe i can wax it and they will be gone???

Pics tomorrow

This this really is a work of art. Maybe Ill just sell all of my other rigs and just keep this one... OH and the 4runner the Mike is building me of course!

Sorry to hear about the damage. Mine have shown up perfect so far.

You think you like this out of the box. Wait until you drive it. Mine are butter smooth. Your's has Stefan's running gear correct? Or is it RC4WD...

Yeah it seems flawless. As for running gear it is Stefan's running gear and the 2010 chassis set up with coils in front leafs in rear. It does not have the Robbe axles and it has the RC4WD T-Rex mini's

Thanks Yeah the wax would seal the marks in.

THE GOOD

OK here are some pics. Ill post the good in this post, and the damage in the next.

Awesome paint!!

The T Rex 44's look mint under there!

Great stance. This thing weighs a ton!

XJ no 049 with Skyjacker suspension lift!!!

Body off

Front coils

Rear Leafs

Even the hubs say Jeep. Such tiny parts on this thing. Very true scale. Stefan is an artist!!

OK the BAD!!

Slight scratches

Cracked rear bumper

Driver side rock slider slightly bent. Hard to see but with the body on you can see it bends inward slightly.

More scratches

Hard to see but there are 100's of tiny circles on the roof from being wrapped in bubble wrap for 45 days. I think I can get these off. The paint on the hood is flawless so I hope I can get the roof the same.

Closeup of the rear bumper

the detail on this thing is insane, even the rear hatch lock looks like its ready for some keys.

sucks about the damage, looks like the boys in customs were playing soccer.

Thanks guys!

Some Outdoor pics with Cloverfield's new tow rig!!! Picked up the Ford Super Duty from Bonards29 on scale4x4. It is sick!!!! Neil did a fantastic job building the Ford. Now I have something to take my XJ wheeling in case something breaks I can get her home!

Anyway some pics!
