Very awesome, I love all the details you added. The ride height looks pretty good too, there's an old (82 I believe) Toyota just down the road from me that the people there bought a couple weeks ago and looks about the same height as this.

Carpet Took another stab at aluminum doors. Looks good enough to smash up Just a little surface rust Hilux emblems that fell off my other Hilux Tried to give the carpet some age Ain't got a radio so it don't need an antenna. More aerodynamic that way.

Tiny update, probably doesn't even merit a post.. Sure hope it didn't say $6000 At one point in time the door was repainted, not sure why. |

Thanks! Test drive tomorrow Here are some "finished" shots in the driveway. I'm not putting the doors on until I get the driver in. He should be here soon.

I drove it today!! I hope you like pictures. I had to put the doors on, I couldn't resist. Other side Getting stuck So much for that door Ohh what's in the box? Hopefully a new door While traveling to the next batch of rocks I accidentally hit this scale tree. It did its fair share of damage. Luckily there wasn't a driver inside Light damage on the passenger side. Judging from the missing lock on the door this truck was broken into before. Not a scratch Testing out my new lens. I like it.

OK seriously, the truck looks INSANE. Simply wonderful work. The new lens makes it look so vintage, I love it. Looks like that was your uncles rig back in the day and he passed the pictures down to you LOL. Way to go. Now to get a picture of this and the Blue Lux together would be sweeet! |

New lens is legit for sure. I was laughing my ass off over the picture where you hit the scale tree BTW, How are you holding the doors on? Did you hinge them? |
