I couldn't be happier that the ole Sammi found a good home, now lets see if I still got some build magic on the next one! Enjoy and keep me updated

Well did a little crawling today, but forgot the camera. Took this single photo with my phone at the fishing hole...

I wheeled with the new owner of your Samurai and that thing looked and performed awsome! I'm OKIEZUK on some other boards so I can appreciate your time and work on it, GOOD WORK. Robert

Thanks man! I do miss that rig but I'm starting a new rig so that's helping the grieving process.

Would like to see some fresh pictures of her soon

I just watched the video you posted a while back and that's a sweet little spot ya got there.. You drove sammi very well nice and easy I only seen it spin the tires a few times.. It's amazing how good those small rigs crawl when you take ur time, pick a good line and learn how to use the throttle.. I'm bad about just pinning it and lettin her rip.. So I got a lil 1.55 rig in the works so I can learn to drive lol... Na for real tho you drove that thing jus like a 1:1 I noticed the nice finesse you gave it in several spots... Keep having fun.

J-Bird it will really test your driving skills. It is by far the funnest rig I have to drive, never a dull moment!
I hope to start on an interior in the next few months (busy at work right now).

Been a while since I posted anything on the Sammi. I sort of got into the comp scene and this has sat around with a rear axle problem.

Finally ordered me some new gears for the rearend and come to find out I just needed to shim the ring gear over a bit. Looked like it had been shimmed at one time, but the shim fell out. Fixed it for good this time!

I also removed the spare tire carrier off the back, which was hard to do because I really liked it, but it was a hinderence with climbs. It made the rear heavy and dragged while starting a climb, so off it came.

Here's a pic as it sits now. Taking out this weekend to a comp for some playtime between runs!

Shot a video out in the backyard today, not very good, but I sure had fun driving it around!

I'd turn the volume down if I was you, I really screwed something up there!
