Drilled holes along each slot then used the dremel round paper sanding disks as a cutoff wheel to clean every thing up (cut from the back side), then finish with a small file and razor.

Made myself a radiator last night all it took was some zipties and a piece of styrene to glue them to.

I LOVE using zipties for more than holdin stuff together, GREAT job!!!! Thanks for the info on the grill too, gonna look at doin the same.

I gotta agree with the others here about your radiator idea...it is simply ingenious...imagine how much work some guys have put into using just styrene to make one haha! Will be looking to do the same:thumbup:

Thanks guys , havn't made any progress lately due to school starting back up. I took loneranger's advise and painted the radiator silver, looks pretty good I will post a picture later.

Made a little progress on the rear shock mounts last night, should have a roller in a couple hours. still need to solder the passenger side on and finish the rest of the legs for the cage.
