If you keep everything this close to scale for the entire build most scale rigs will look like toys in comparison! Excellent!

yes, the build is ongoing- the rear leaf spring hangers are uhhhhhhhh "daunting" to get right. I am in dire NEED of a rear k44 axle if anyone knows where I can find one please let me know- call or shoot me a text. (352-361-1five6 thanks! L.R. (Rob) |

ordered the remaining parts today from rc4wd international- (except for the drive shafts) I'm still working out the details on the rear leaf spring mounts they are a bear. I may end up going with something a bit simpler, but its going to bother me knowing they arent "correct". Any ideas are welcome~

I like where this is going. Great work so far, can't wait to see more. Good luck on the inverted shackle hanger for the rear. |

updates in a few, lonelycreeper, where did you get that belcrank? I have been on the lookout for one- thats not exactly right but close- I had read some where one of the tamiya semi kits has a belcrank that I think would work best but I cant find that thread now. :( rear spring hangers are done and they look bad arse! still going at it~ front hanger is turning out to be much more difficult than the rear. Had a very nice guy on the Classic Bronco forums post up some quality pics of his spring hangers that I am using for reference. L.R. |

so the rear hangers were easier than the front- I have many photos to show you but google images is being a PITA! this is the rear hanger done, and the start of the front- this is the rear complete with a paper mockup of the front- no more pics I am whooped and google is starting to get on my nerves. if someone will post the images I have 12-18 that I'd like to post- my coil buckets came out pretty cool- L.R. |
