I'm liking what I see here. Looking forward to see where it goes.

Got to go out to run for a bit today
Super happy with the tires and the approach angle is killer!

Thanks!
It's a blast to drive with how close the wheels are to the ends.

Heat soaked the axial 27t so she needs a motor swap.
Probably gonna be a freebie Novak 20t I have.
I like brushed "hero" motors so I can get it dirty.

I put together a motor that works; 55t integy lathe motor can with an older epic 27t com.
Seems to run pretty cool with good pep.

Ran for a pack and a half today before the stub axle I brazed the ball back onto finally let go.

The ONE pic I snapped today

Default The OTHER yota...

Broke the ball end off the stub axle so I shelled out for the xvd axles from rc4wd.
Also accidentally smoked a motor..
Put in a team brood 19t...
It's weak at low end but hasn't gotten really hot after an hour or so of running..

Took 5th in a comp today with this rig.
Wrong rig for the terrain but it was still fun.

These yota axles are costing me a damned fortune...
XVDs to replace broken stub axles
Needs new knuckles and bushings
And I just shelled out $35 for a freekin helical gear set cuz it stripped
the day AFTER the comp...

The HJ needed some love.
Rebuilt the axles with some fresh lube and bearings.
Also rebuilt the front end with a shackle reversal, a panhard bar, missing link style shackles, and new servo/ winch mounts.
The bumper was beat to shit too so I made a new one.

Hey just picked one of these bodies myself. Favorite for sure! What diameter are those tires youre running? you wouldn't happen to have tlt axles you could compare your axles to. I plan on using tlt axles, humvee wheels and some rc4wd trail busters. Trying g to keep mine very stock looking
