Awesome work, noob! it shows that you have done this more than once - the details are outstanding! =)

And love the weathered spare! if this wasnt a scale site, I would swear that tire just came out from under a real truck.

Really nice work, I dont know even where to begin with styrene work. What do you use for glue? CA?

I'd like to do a crew cab pick up sometime, I just dont know if I can do the styrene work good enough.

Thanks. I don't use CA, I use MEK. I prefer using solvents and fusing the plastic rather than gluing it. And don't be afraid to try, it's easier than it looks.

A solvent such as Tenax or Bondene or whatever it's called. I use MEK because it's cheap and hazardous.

I couldn't find any shocks that were short or thin enough so I built my own. They are made from 1/4" and 3/16" brake line and some 1/8" rod. Shock boots are from a Bruiser. I ran out of Sophisticated Finishes rust paint so I had to weather them old school with paint.

I also threw some details on the axles. Breather, fill and drain plugs.

Of course. Only Jeeps can go off road.

Thanks friend.

I didn't accomplish much today, but I did play in the dollhouse.
