Default New life for a SCX10 Hilux scaler.

Today I picked up a new to me rig. I haven't had much time to dig into it but here's what I know so far:

17.5t motor
Castle mmp esc
Castle bec
Hilux body
1.55 growlers on rc4wd wheels

Plans as of right now. Take everything apart and clean her up. New bearings for the axles. Repaint the body and get the marker lights and mirrors put on. Have a few TLC items to take care of as well.

Little behind the curve but here she is.

First time out:

Added a RC4WD Tough Armor bumper also swapped out the Axial TX for a Flysky GT3C:

Hated the tough armor since it scraped on everything so I went their stinger version instead:

Decided to start making it "my own" and went with a mild sand down and repaint:

I'm going with the full military theme. Bumper numbers, tire pressure on the quarters, and possibly military stars.

Things still to do:

Paint bumper numbers
Paint tail lights (it does have working 3mm red LED's in the taillights which look fantastic)

Otherwise she's working great!
