Default old chevy truck tuber build on 1.55 tires

I got another tuber truggy style truck to revamp and got it mocked up to running condition...not sure on the front links yet, they may need tweaking, we will see!

well, I have shortened the upper front links about 4mm to get the knuckles level and still keep a decent drive shaft angle. I will be changing the link mounts and adding more braces to this as soon as I get a welder when my garage is finished (should be about 3-4 weeks)

I think it needs more of something in the rear cage area, I just don't know what the "something" is right now lol. I do know the rear upper shock mounts need moved further forward and have a few more positions available to tune it better. I got a lot of irons in the fire right now so it may be a bit before I get it finished but I will still take pics from time to time with things in mock up to see how they look.

I agree the rear is missing something. Maybe just install a cargo area and some scale stuff just to fill the void. It will also add a little weight over the rear tires. It is probably a little light in the back.

well I done some more tinkering tonight, I am using what I have in my left overs bin before I start buying more parts... the rear upper links are traxxas revo rods, I relocated the front mounts of the rear lower links for better geometry...also added a winch and wireless controller..

well, I got a set of 1.55 growlers put on a set of black spoke wheels, looks pretty good I think..I weighed it with the new tires and wheels..it came in at 6 lbs...gonna try to leave it light as I can and see how it works.
