A good band saw is really nice. I've had this one for 9 years and it was old when I bought it. I converted it from a horizontal saw to a fixed vertical one, and it's really nice.

I use a 00 tip on my standard oxy-acetylene torch. Thanks!

Well thanks! I think I'll add a hoop up to protect the grill. It looks like it's missing something to me.

Looking great Tim. Where did you get the 1/4" tubing. When I made the rectangle sliders on the tundra I used 1/2" cut it and welded back together to get 1/4x1/2" tubing and it was a pain.

The 1/4" square is solid.

Holy smokes! I cant wait to see this at tue expo! If anyone is planning on attending USTE, I hope you have your rooms booked! I have been told Ocala is 100% booked! Dunnellon and Gainesville still have rooms though!

Been busy working so have missed most of where you up to. Great idea on the bidy mounts. The front and rear bars are seamless. Top job. Look forward to catching up with more progress as you post it up.

Looks killer Tim!

I would love to make a sheet steel bumper like that one day. What silver are you using for the plate, 56?
I also need to graduate to a jewelers torch and retire the old mapp torch.

I use 56 because it matches the stainless a little better. Gives me the option of not paining my tube work and just polishing it. I think it flows a little better too.

Either aluminum sheet or styrene. Going with buckets front and bench rear with a full interior cage. I'm leaning towards a thicker styrene floor, thinner styrene sides and a scratch built dash. Probably a performance oriented interior rather than a factory looking one. I'm starting it this weekend so we'll see....
