Awesome scale truck! What Krylon do you use? Is it the stuff made specifically for plastic? It looks great and is cheaper and probably tougher than the Tamiya paint.

Yes we are lucky! Not my property, but close. It's up the mountains, where we created some fun trails in different areas. Making the trails is as fun as driving the trucks |

The rc4wd trail finder 2 got new 1.55″ wheels: rc4wd landies vintage (reversed) + rc4wd interco ground hawg II. Rims were white, but with some work to remove the paint, a nice metal color appears. Looks pretty cool! I had to cut the body a bit, under the front bumper, as it was rubbing. Now it’s perfect. Back rubs in extreme flex, but that’s ok. I tested my tf2 today, and these wheels made the truck even better, way more stable and it gives a bit of suspension. Something else I installed is an over/under drive transfer case. This made a huge difference, it climbs so much better and turns perfectly!
