Default Gmc High Sierra Long Bed

Bought not built . The idea is to build a trail truck that looks good enough to win a show n shine. Namely at the Krawlfest in the Smokies in May. It'll probably make it to ECC for the trail run too.

To start things, a rc4wd blazer body with an eBay 3d printed bed extension and cab back, 1.55 deep dish steelies and 4.75 Thornbirds with a 1.55 bead, and a 3d printed Detroit engine from Exclusive Rc.

To match the tire beef I wanted something stout, and needed width to match the size of the blazer body, so I pulled the trigger on some aluminum 10.1 chunks from rc4wd and got some steel tube turned down to roughly the right size. (Xr width)

Took a gamble and guesstimated some stainless tube on Mcmaster Carr. I think I'm going to use this.

Thanks for the interest. Unfortunately, I've been unable to get any more done. I had an accident with my other hobby mountain biking and sprained my dextrous wrist on April 1st what a day right haha. Here's a pic of the last bit I got done.
