Stupars scale 76 Ford F150

So for a while I have been tinkering away in the background on a scale 76 Ford F150 build.

The build started of as a standard Carisma Scale Adventure F150 RTR and has slowly been tweaked to suit my vision.

First up was to replace the standard axles with a set of MST CMX axles. This would make the beginnings of getting the wheels tucked as much as possible. To assist I also got a set of RC4WD 1.55 stamped steel wheels as these have the most amount of negative offset.

So with the axles sorted my next focus was the ride height.
I am looking for the lowest possible ride height whilst maintaining the drop bed insert so much fettling was done with shock sizes and positions.

Considering it is running coils on the rear I am super happy with its mild lift look.

Tyres are Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ which would be the equivalent to a 33 inch tyre so well suited to the F150.

Other scale things have been done such as the faux rear window slider, the dual rancho steering stabiliser setup up front and the scale side steps.

I am super happy with how it is at the moment but will press on with more minor detail updates to see how far I can take it.

For the time being I will leave some photos down below to show off the truck.

Please feel free to comment/ask questions

Wow, fantastic rig. Those mst axles fit perfectly. Did you make the drop bed, front grill and running lights on the cab? What color did you use on the body?

Cheers mate!
The drop bed is an actual Carisma part as is the front grill (I just painted it black).
The running lights on the cab are from parts tree P&F of the Tamiya Tundra kit.
The colour is blood red from the Candy 20 range by autoair.

That is one gorgeous F-150!

Color choice is stunning... and I really like the blacked out trim.

Looks like you printed up some bumper over-riders?

Euro-look yellow lens covers add a unique look, scale hubs, steering stabilisers, and license plates the crowning touch!
