Thinking about replicating this build. I've got a bunch of 850 3s. Any links to tires/ wheels? Think I found similar 1.55 beadlocks on Amazon, but the only yeti jr. tires I can find are bighorns.

| Re: Kei Krawler Well seeing as my local hobby shop has the CR12 in stock and now that I know the bed can fit my SCX24 I guess I have to copy this build. This is awesome

Hey Chino. Where did you find the yeti jr tires? Been looking for months.

The RC4WD Rock Crusher looks like a very similar tread pattern to the Yeti JR tires but are 3.69" tall. I an not sure what the dimensions of the Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires are but I don't think they would look too weird on a Kei truck | |

Very cool kei you built up Chino. And a very cool youtube OnTheTrail posted up. 4x4 kei crawlers with portals no less. Super bueno. Super. I want one lol. I had the kei fever a few years ago. Not easy to plate but I believe I can here in Wa. Never got one. Also had the fever for a Pinzgauer, and actually had a down payment on one. I got cancer at the time and had to back out sadly. There is and underground market for them. So here in the current I got a Polaris Ranger 4x4. A 4x4 kei in its own right, trail worthy and plated to boot. Not to take away from your cool build Chino! That would be a good selling kit if someone did it. A great one off you did. Thats why radio control is such a cool hobby... The things we lust over and are not obtainable, we can have in 1/10 or whatever (take the Vanquish Phoenix FJ for example). Done with my wisdom lol. Heat and a/c |
