Default Highlift gone bad

ok guys i have a problem with my highlift

it gets like no torque or wheelspeed

i know the stock highlift doesnt get mutch of either anyways but its even worse than stock its like one of those rcs you buy at walmart

anyway i just took apart my diffs and the back one was full of crud so i cleaned it out thinking that was the problem

i just took it for a test run and it still does it its come to the point of where my highlift is not even fun anymore

i know its not a battery problem cuz i put 4 diff batts on there and they were all fully charger the only things else i could think of are maybe my motor is bad or i have bad elecs if anyone can help me please do

You should be able to tell if there's resistance in the drivetrain. Are you using the stock motor? If you still are, it's probably blown. I burnt mine up after 3 months of running.
