Why not a HEMTT ??
 
I mean - When people talking 8x8, it's seems to be MAN or Tatra they're thinking.....so here's the story so far:

well we can see youve got some details nailed for sure...looking forward to the body build!
i love the spring spacers, should alow soft flex, yet firm up as it compresses/ loaded with weight

Great job on the suspension man very impressive!
you should do a military jet boat in the cargo area.Thats the main thing I see being carried on them in my area..
What machine are you using to machine (lath)down the aluminum ?

This one will be a M983 Tractor

That way I can look forward to build the 40 inches long trailer when the tractor is done :)

One idea I have is to build different interchangeable attachments....like bed - a wreckerbody - tank and so on....we'll see.

It' s a Proxxon Minilathe/mill. A x-mas present from me to me:lol: Just learning to make sometthing worth keeping...

Thanks.
The suspension are complete. The "leafpack" are not to be attached to the axles.
