I am tinking of adding some mesh behind the lightbar and main rack...

opinions? think it would be too much? Am thinking of some duffle bags or tool box in that spot???

I am pretty much ruling a exo out on this one. Other than minor details I think anything more on it would be overkill (and too much weight)

Nothing on the line but a highjacking

Outdoor pics coming tomorrow!

I'm going to test out the new chassis rails I bent up also. It should help clean up the underbelly. Right now looks like a prom dress on a crack whore...

Alright, after starting a chassis revamp at 2:30 this morning, and finishing at around 7:45. I got everything tucked up under the body, headlights wired and working, and a few other minor things finished.

Now on to the pics.............................................. .......

They are a bit on the low res side, but I'm going to wait until our first GTG to get some high res pics of it totally finished and maybe a few more additions....
Other than fender wells, and the odds and ends detail work. It is officially time to start the #2 build......................

Thanks

I have them limited to come about a 1/8" from the fender flares, now that I moved stuff around a bit I get about 2-2 1/2" of flex, nothing too crazy, but enough to still look right. It's a tad bit more top heavy than before with the roof rack now, but still a blast to drive!

yes sir! The shocks were short enough to mount right to the main side plates. i didn't like the new side rails I made (going to save for the second build) So I messed with the body mounts and links, and few other things and dropped everything about a inch or so lower, Which I should have done sooner (that whole hind sight 20/20 thing)

But this build went way further than planned

I will be dumping the Hilift "bricks" and going with the RC4WD prowlers when they come out.........

Very nice. It looks good this way. I actually don't have the MFM anymore; I sold everything and bought a High Lift Hilux, and I can't wait 'till it gets here. :-P

Thanks Kev, I spaced taking the rear pic, and sank the quad again going back out for the low light headlights on pic last evening. I think I need to add another 8ft of cable to the winch, I seem to sink it everytime about that far from the nearest object to anchor to!

Looks like it should be a fun year for the scalers
Jay, you haven't been down to the Howl Krawl location have you?
It's a great place to run scalers.
Truck looks good, I'd better get on some details for mine.
As soon as I get Big Blue back from Mike, I'm heading down for some Spring scale fun.

I'm so inspired by this build,I went out and picked up a g wagon to do a build.I like how clean and simple you kept things, and the seats are a nice touch.Any chance of seeing them mounted with the shell off?
