Default Z71HULK's try at a K-30

Well guys I haven't really posted much on here, but I have been reading for sometime now. Being a Chevy guy and loving big Chevy trucks, I decided I wanted to build a Clod bodied rig, so I am. With a frame from the master K-30 builder himself, this is what I have so far.

Yes I know the pics suck, my damn digi cam is dead from Memorial Day weekend so I had to use the cell.

Frame I bought from Matt:

After ripping it in half and adding some goodies:

With the body sitting on:

Thats all I have for right now. I am trying to finish up the body work and then hopefully I will get it mounted sometime this week. Let me know what y'all think!

P.S.- Specs are:

-TLT's locked
-Trail Doc XL's
-Hummer Rims
-obijuan Frame
-Pede Trans

Well I think the body needs to come up just a little but from that stance and it will definitely get some fender massaging. The drop bed is in progress, might want to expect that PM later tonight! :thumbsup"

really nice start of build i like your frame. im not a big fan of 1.9ers, but some do look awesome, love the tire choice too. are you goin to make the body weathered &beaten? id leave the frame rails with the rusty look.

The body will be gettin a drop bed and a nice coat of paint with dome fender trimming. I have no plans to weather body at this point, but you never know how it will end up.

Thanks for all the kind words guys!

Well this project kinda got stashed away in a box out in the garage after I had some things going on that took up most of my free time, but I dug it out tonight and should be hitting it hard to finish soon. Anyways I was wondering what you guys thought about possibly dovetailing the bed for a lil more clearance?
