Default X-Trail build

I bought the AX-10 kit a few months ago and ran it as a crawler. Being that I don't have that many good spots to run a crawler, and a ton of great spots for a scaler, I converted my crawler into a scaler with the X-Trail chassis.

X-Trail Chassis with the stock AX-10 parts.
HiTech MG 645 servo
45 Turn Intergy motor
Mamba Max ESC
Elite 1500, 8 cell battery pack
DuraTrax Evader shocks with soft springs.
Rock Stompers tires on HPI stock car wheels
Tamiya Ford F350 hard body

Everything is waterproofed for playing in the water.

Here's a little vid I put together.

Warning gratuitous scaler pics ahead.

Here's a little vid of me trying to run across the ledge in the above pic. Man, is algae slippery. I landed upside down in about a foot of water.

All of the pictures were taken at Frick Park in Pittsburgh, PA. It's a great spot to crawl right in the city.

Yes, it's waterproofed. Waterproofing a scaler is a must, it opens up so many places to run, and driving in the water is so much fun.
