I could have only wished mine came out as good as yours, you windows in the back look awesome, I was really struggling with how to to my back ones with the rounded top area of the back window.

Also I think the grill looks AWESOME! it definitely has gone from a trekker/hilux w/cap look to a 4runner looking rig now. I would maybe paint the stock body flares black, then add rivets to look like it has buschwacker flares on it which will really help it pass as a runner Or at the least add the black section in front of the rear wheel well ;)

I love your roof rack and the lights, and the high lift jack is done nicely, however I think its to large for the rack and the truck, but thats just me. Overall.....Killer project

Mike

As for the Jack i'm just gonna un bolt it (take a pic) and prove you wrong!

Back in a mo

That has awesome detail and look like the real deal but there is just something about it...like its to wide maybe?? I just cant put my finger on it. It does look better when you have it next to the truck like I said, just my opinion

I wish I had the patience and perseverance to tackle a hard body project like you. The driver and detailed interior is nice as well. Awesome build.

More photos!

The old 4runner gas Tank was shot so a new lightweight one was sourced, No scratch that I built it myself:-P

I also added an exhaust pipe to help the RC4wd tranny breathe better!

Safety is important so a Third brake light was also added.

If your carrying gas you got to strap it down well.
(Homemade Cylindar and also tie strap.

More tricks up my sleeve yet so pop back if you like

WOW NICE JOB!!! But the hi lift looks a little too big to me, when it is on the truck, it almost seems like it is too big, or something...

The gas tank is AWESOME but the only problem is that it is upside down...

SWEET TRUCK!! I really like it!!

Your the second person to mention about the jack

Think its the bottom bit
A touch chunky might try and shave it down a bit either that or start again!

The gas bottle should be upright as per health and safety guidelines but i'm a Rebel:-P

nice work, but I agree, the hilift jack is too bulky. the proportions are wrong. its too fat in the middle so to speak. the vertical with holes should be much more slender.

for reference:
