Nice build. The white didn't look bad, but this color is great.

This thing is looking amazing already, not that that's a surprise considering the builder.
The combination of the two 1:1 inspiration trucks is gonna be wicked looking.

Aww Grizz.......Blush,

I took a couple of better pics in the sun today, looks a little more orange....

Spent 3 hours building a front bumper for it yesterday, but it didn't fit worth a crap. I know what I'll be working on tonight.....

No more fender trimming, the body will be exactly like it sits (this is scale). It'll have front and rear plate bumpers, rock sliders, and tube work around the fenderwells.

Great looking build Tim. Glad my old 1:1 could be of inspiration.

I'll look forward to seeing this at the railroad comp!!

Later, Jason.

Wow, that thing is huge! I'd definately go with 1.9s, that body is too small for 2.2s............. they make my tires look small.

Thanks for the pics, Jason. I may have pics of my new bumpers later tonight.

Ya, I sent him to this site to check your's out...He's going to go 1.9 and lower the body so the frame don't show so much.

Keep the pic's coming Tim, it's going to be a great truck when your done!

Bumpers.

The front one will have a winch fairlead, possibly light buckets, and tow hooks of some sort.

Rear will have a spare tire holder, and some kind of tow hooks. Not much room for anything else with that big old spare on there.

Your builds are always great, full of custom stuff and out of the box design. This one is no exception and the bumpers look great . It is a little weird seeing you build something without a 30's - 40's era body though.
