Thanks Andy! How's your truggy doing? I was tempted to do a full tube rear end like your Cheby until I found this. Still have a few more things to do to the cage and what not but it's coming along. I'm not the fastest paced builder that's for sure.

Fuel tank. I wonder if neodynum magnets would be strong enough to hold the cap on?

Was bored and started on the mounts for the LP tanks. Not sure if I'll keep it or not. Was good practice.

That second photo shows exactly how it all is hooked up. Normally closed on the switches goes to positive on the battery and normally open on the switches goes to negative.

Another way that is simplified is just pulling the motor out of a servo and using the circuit board out of a servo to drive the motor. I haven't tried it yet but theoretically it seems really easy and basic.

A friend of mine took some photos at the comp sunday. He's holding out until he gets them all edited but he sent me a teaser from the group.

Took 3rd in the comp and it ran really well. The rear end was WAY to heavy though. The battery is nice and low under the bend so it was stable and side hilled great but when it came to climbing it was just to much weight for the front to try and pull up. So I'll have to do some moving around with the battery. I can put it up front but it has to go on top of the frame so it's higher up than what it is now.

Mounted up my Bartos Beadlocks and new flat irons. Still have some foam work to do with the tires. Running stock crusher foams for now.

How are the ring and pinion gears holding up? I thought the red dot went on the outside of the tire?

Not sure where the red dot goes but I don't like it on the outside

No issues with axles yet at all. I've got them shimmed nicely and I'm stuffing 3S with a 55t and R2/9t through them!

Thanks Eric!

Started detailing the bed. Got a couple little details I'm working on now that should be neat.
