Default Davies defender build

Here we go! I was commissioned by Davie to build a roof rack and a front bumper for his hard body defender.
Heres what I got finished this morning..


Sub rack..
Heres the pieces...



Windshield frame mount..



side bars, a little different than the 1:1 but I think they look pretty cool!!



here it is all ready for the cross supports..





And as far as I have gotten so far!

Thanks man! I have been wanting one of these bodies for a wile now,I guess this is as close as I am going to get to having one ..

Nice work! You wouldn't want to sell the interior would you? one lil mis-step by my 300# a$$ and mine is no more...an I would like another... You work looks WAY better then my spattered mess! Is the brake line or solid rod?

Thanks man, But Its not mine Im building the rack for a somebody.
And its brake line thats going to have solid rod as the rack..

Now were rolling!!! I have the roof rack completed!!!!
I will be starting on the front bumper tomorrow morning!!!!









A few with it installed on the defender!!!!!

Sucks, needs to be thrown away in a garbage can near my house, lol.

As a Jeep man I am no Defender liker. Have seen them wheel though and they are though. Your cage is the best one I have ever seen made for a scaler. Same goes for your bumper. I would almost buy a real Defender for a setup like that, almost.

Im really into defenders as well as jeeps. I own a jeep due to the price of defenders in the states!
Otherwise I would own a defender!!!!

Yea its square stock with some end caps welded on.
