Default Project Smashie!...or just a Dodge Raider!

my first 1.9 I can't wait

Specs:
*stock cc-01 pajo chassis
*stock motor
*weenie king esc
*traxxas 3ch rx
*weenie king radio
*aluminum body!
the truck:

Here is my cc-01 that i got from Mauler5000 thanks dude!

I printed some drawings i made

The aluminum came from cooking tins at the dollar store

this i made by hand, not too bad huh?

mocked up

I started the firewall but unfortunately I glued it in since im going to smash it anyways
I also had to cover the gap in the fender well and it has made it VERY strong I am very surprised I can push on it and the whole truck will slide before it dents so...
The white stuff is super glue residue I got it everywhere

finished front clip and threw some paint on with a rattle can, but I ran out of paint :(

here are the pics

did a realistic inside support type stuff:

I know I its not exactly like the real truck, but unfortunately the 1:1 is almost 800 miles away right now and I've only seen one other raider in my town:(

hope you tards like it so far!

I like what you're doing. Different & innovative. It's gonna be cool to see what it look like finished.

Check out some of Metal Mashers builds. He makes some cool metal bodies.
