| great scale details
Those ratchet straps holding down the spare tire look awesome. What thickness of aluminum plate did you use and did it allow for some flexing ?? i am also building a Tamiya Hummer crawler, i am installing portal axles from rc4wd to give it more ground clearance and lower gearing. keep up the good work. |

Very nice Hummer build! I really like the difference from stock. Glad you went all out on the detail - makes it a very realistic truck.

Hi, thank you for your comments. First, the aluminium ist about 2mm. Second, a better pic about the tire : I fixed the piece with a little screw....simple ! and the last , some pics about new details : the decals, the original sticker of the hummer-raid-team an the place for the sand-shovels... ciao Andi Last edited by eiteljo; 01-24-2009 at 09:26 AM. |

Hi, sorry that I've shown you no further vids or pictures so far. The reason is, that i've sold the green hummer to Eble in january. Since that time, I've built a new similar Hummer, so the hummer-built goes on..... thats the "new" one : Andi Last edited by eiteljo; 03-04-2009 at 06:19 AM. |
