Default K2-4 Toyota Truggy

So I've been wanting to do a Toyota build, just haven't had the cash too, but I finally got around to it. I decided to take the truggy route, and build it with a bunch of spare parts laying around useless on the table...

Specs are:

K2-4 Chassis, with Aluminum Tubed Bed
Scorpion Transmission and Axles
CAC Beadlocks with Flatirons
Leafed in the front, 4-Linked in the rear with RC4WD 110 Coilovers
Some Crappy Electronics...

So I finished up some detail paint on the body, and also got around to putting the electronics in. Had to make a custom plate to mount the servo and put everything on.

Awesome rig! I'm buildin' one similar.
Ya may wanna replace the hook on that winch....they tend to break easy.
What are the front shocks from?

Yea I hear ya on that hook.. Do you know where I could get a good looking one at??

The front shocks are just ground-down TLT's I had laying around..

Awesome build up. Looks like it should perform great, especially with the Flat Irons on there. Did you buy the u-bolts, or make them yourself?

Thanks man, but the U-Bolts are actually RC4WD's that they make for the T-Rex Axles.. a little grind job on the scorpions and they work perfect!!

Thanks for all other comments.. I took it out for it's first test run earlier, it did Awsome.. Best crawler I have built yet by far.. I will definitely get some action shots tomorrow!

Somehow I just couldn't resist the urge to paint the hood flat black.. It just looks awsome.

Thanks man, yea it works really well. The K2-4 Chassis is the way to go, it's easy to build off of and offers more ground clearance than the K2-5.
