It's called frenchees pit,, probably didn't spell that right but you get off at exit 58 on garden state parkway, make a left follow until route 9 and make a right, go down route 9 for about 3 miles there is a icecream store called pincone, there is a trail next to the store that will take you right out into the pit. I live right around there so I go there a lot
