Default Exocaged LR Ninety

(The tubes inside the rails will be cut out later, when the complete cage is finished. They need to reinforce the frame while working at it)

The body will sit on the rock siders like this. Also, the side holes are for the highlift-jack

Did some brazing:

This is where the upper frame will sit in:

Looks like a great start I don't understand where you are putting the jack at where you said the holes were on the sliders though?

Thanks

When the complete structure is done, I will cut the inner tubes out. They sit where the driveshafts will run.

Next 4 tubes:

I need your help: The top tube of the windshield frame is not supportet by any other tubes (in the original 1:1). But I want to ad some strenght there, because if it may fall on the frame, it could bend.

Question: Where should I put some reinforcment in: In the middle of the windshield or on top in the driver roof ? Unsure .....

Thanks for any advice .

Maybe you could do that section across the top of the wind screen with solid rod,or a bar from the corners of the second cross brace going to the centre of the top of windscreen. Are you putting the bodys window frame in again?,you could something behind it?
