Default FJ40 Trailfinder

Well I've always been a fan of Unglewd ( Kevin) work. So the moment i saw that he was building another FJ I knew I had to have it.
Unglewd was the builder behind the Wack Job FJ and i loved the look of that rig

When he sold it I missed it by a day and I have been kicking myself ever since.

Well this is the Wack Job II

- RC4wd Trailfinder Kit (without axles)
- RC4wd Soft leafs & stock Tamiya helpers
- RC4wd Aluminum Knuckles
- Upgraded RC4wd coil over shocks - New Tamiya Hilift Axles with full Tamiya bearing set (locked using the pins)
- RC4wd Straight Axle kit
- RC4wd HD R2 Tranny
-35T Integy
- 2.2 Reduced FlatIrons including Spare
- 5pcs Create a Crawler Beadlocks
- 3 Racing Winch with upgraded 6' of cable and controler (I'll leave the Epoxy off of the controler)
-Full custom Heyok light kit
-Pico switch to turn the lights on and off
- Hitec Metal 645 servo[/COLOR]

The body Stuff
- New Proline Bushwacker body & Tamiya FJ body combined (all of the grill, light pots & accessories from the Tamiya Kit
- All parma Fascolor Paint, 8 coats in total...8hrs in total
- All brazed tube work 3/16 tube & 1/8" rod, very clean many hours of filing. This includes bolt on roof rack & sliders/exocage & front bumper. All bolt on and unbolt for future clean up and restoration/repaint
- Interior panel/dash & scale accessories

Well its not that heavy. But none the less it will be getting new foams and tires

Kev did one hell of a job on this rig, all the credit goes to him. I will be making some small changes to the rig, nothing major just a few things i'd like to see.

Whats the wheelbase on the fj? I love it and the interior looks great aswell. Nice job. I have a leafer chassis thats 11" wb and I sure hope it will fit it.
