| Hey everyone, I was wondering...I have an x-trail chassis that will support 11"-12.5" wheelbase. Were are some of the places that sales hard bodies that have this wheelbase. I have looked at target, wal-mart, and toys-r-us. I want the FJ crusier, or the LR3 body. Both are from New Bright and have 10.5" wheelbase, Will that work on the X-Trail chassis, I have looked at some of the Fast Lane products. Please help me out, im using my dads 1982 Toyota brusier body and dont want to mess it up lol Thanks, Wes |

| the NewBright LR3 (offroad) body is 10.5" wb. The Rastar LR3 (full interior, street looking) has 11.5" wb as mentioned above. The Raster is still available. the Newbright one is hard to find now. to make the x-trail work for a 10.5" wb you'll need to make brackets for the shock towers since you'll be moving them forward beyond where the stock ones are. Also you'll have to cut the links or redrill the chassis (not sure that will work). |
