Default Tamiya Izusu Mu questions

I just purchased a 2nd hand one at a very good price, but I have a few questions.

Did they make 2 versions of it ? A standard height 4wd and a lowered version

If the one I brought is the lowered version how hard is it to raise it back up again ?

Tamiya only released one version of the Isuzu Mu (http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=58166) , but yours might very well have the optional "Low Rider Conversion" which was a popular option part on the old Mu's.

See below:
Part #: 53187 (DISCONTINUED)
http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=53187

Its really just a matter of springs and new wheels and tires, a lot of people also installed the optional 1-way bearing (Called the 4wd Torque Splitter) in the front as well for on road use. That's something to keep in mind if you find out your front wheels don't like to move in reverse. :lol
