| Me and my 6 year took the trucks out today. It's been about 4 months since I drove these. Been spending to much time going fast with the brushless Slashes. my on-roads, and the 1/8 gas buggy. The Ford, I put the old Chevy wheels and Crushers on it.(looks alot better now). Opened up the fenders front and rear. The Chevy, I took the uncreative boring route with it some scx10 wheels and flat irons. The Chevy still has alot of rear axle twist with the rear buggy leafs on it. I removed all but one leaf on the front. Flex better, but the steering still sucks. The suspension absorbs all the steering when a lot of pressure is on the front end. It just wont turn. It's a pain to drive like that. I also made a rear bumper, delrin front bumper, cut the body front and rear. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And a couple of poser pics. ![]() |
