Default Opedopys Tundra Truggy

I've been building this truggy and wanted to show it off

Specs:

Custom chassis w/tube bed
tlt axles
Axial tranny
not sure about wheels/tires or electronics now


Spare tire holder

This is how far I got before I ran out of silv!

So I'm gonna get the axles hung and get the suspension all worked out in the meantime.

Looks like a great start. I like how you followed the contours of the cab with the main hoop.

lol finally found the thread!! looks great so far cant wait to see more progress.

its been in the works eversince the bodies came out lol


i dont know wat rims and tires would look good yet. i have a brand new set of flatirons that havent been opened since they came out. or maybe some of the new 1.55 combos

I went for CAC beadlocks and Flatirons on mine.
Am going to be Changing them for Rok lox's as soon as the postman delievers them.

Dready your Tundra is soo sicc! I hope this one comes out half as good

I smoothed the TLTs out and PC'ed the susp stays & axle truss black. They look alot better now!

Thanks guys

My basement workshop flooded so I set up shop in my buddy's garage.
Well I got the bed done, I think. Not sure if I should put a support from the rock rails up to the bed. What do you guys think?

Here you can see the nuts brazed in so I can screw in a styrene panel. There will be one on for the bed floor too.
