Default another jk 4dr

well im going to the scale4x4 scale comp in al,
and ive been wanting a 4 dr jk since greg(constantmotion)
brought his jk out to a comp 1 day.

so i picked up a jk body from run2jeepin(thanks)

i scavaged parts from another project i had going,
to make this beast of a beauty.

spec list

xtrail chassis
rc4wd r2d tranny
holmes hobbies revolver motor
mamba max esc
rc4wd 90mm shocks
ax10 links front and rear
axial axles w hd lockers
strc alum c's and knuckles
strc rear lockouts
cac 1nine 12 hole beadlocks
proline flatiron g8s 1.9
scale items from proline and hobby gear
skid from rpphobby

3racing winch to come

im going to be building sliders and a front bumper
and cage and install lights when i get back from alabama.



used a piece of styrene sheet to make radiator.
painted silver,and cut lines into it w xacto knife.

im startin to really like this scale thing!!

Where's the side shot??!

Well done. It doesn't look like the scale accessory add-ons threw up all over it. Looks cleanly "scaled" out.

Where'd you get that front servo protector? Just an aluminum upgrade part?

I am about 1/2 through my bobbed-then-extended lowridin' x-trail hilux yota build.

Looking good....just got through adding lights on mine last night. I used a Wild Willys Radiator painted black and Shoe Goo'd it in the grill. I am just taping my feet waiting on the 1.9 Rok Loxs to show up.....:? It all I have left to do for the scale comp. Then it's on the assembling the new/used CC01.
